LAHORE: (Sunday, May 18, 2025): Punjab University girls hostel no 2 organized an awareness seminar on ‘Mental Health’. On this occasion, resource person Sadia Shahzaib, Hostel Superintendent Dr Maliha Uroos, Assistant Superintendent Dr Nayab and female students were present. This seminar series at various Girls' and Boys' hostels is a joint venture of Student Counseling Services, Directorate of Student Affairs and Hall Council, Punjab University. This initiative is highly appreciative and very important for providing awareness to students for not only on how to combat various mental health issues but also in providing awareness on how they can avail a one to one consultation session if needed by the excellent facility available at PU. There was an active participation in discussion to various mental health issues faced by students and their possible solutions.
